Dear North Valley Dental Family,

 

We will be suspending all non-urgent dental care from now through Friday, March 27, 2020.  This is a voluntary preventative measure strongly advised by the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association and in support of our commitment to public health and social responsibility.

 

If you have an appointment scheduled during the next two weeks, we will be calling you to cancel.  We will reschedule your appointment once we return to the office on Monday, March 30th.  As a service to our patients, the greater community, and in an effort to alleviate Emergency Room visits, we are still handling all Emergency dental care services in our office. If you are experiencing a dental emergency that cannot wait, please call the doctor's personal cell phone.

We understand these changes may cause inconveniences.  We do not make such decisions lightly and are only doing so out of an abundance of caution during this unprecedented public health crisis.  The health, safety and peace of mind of our patients are our top priorities.  Please note: we have no reported cases of COVID-19 among our team or patients.  As health care professionals, however, we have a moral and professional responsibility to help “flatten the curve,” and will continue to follow the guidance of government health authorities and dental associations in helping to slow the spread of the virus.
